In every successful integration platform the majority of improvements is hard to explain, because it’s about stability, error handling, edge case improvements, navigating API limitations, speedups, and tiny things that only a handful of customers needed.
In TBlue, we now allow downloading purchase order files. In Phrase TMS, we enable you to set or not set the jobs picked up to Accepted state. In Plunet, we have rewritten much of the communication channel handling to make the system much more resilient and decrease the amount of errors we received by about 90%. In Protemos, we changed the way we are handling and retrying the job status changes, because TMS-driven project delivery often did not go through due to lacking prerequisites of job status changes in Protemos. In XTRF we decreased the number of calls and also improved the code to prevent being locked out by their network filters even if customers forget to change some expired passwords. In all the commercial BMSes we removed the possibility to create projects without workflows, to simplify and improve the quality of the code. All of these changes work for you in a very simple way: through a single checkbox for the vendor portal and TMS connector, and for the BMS connectors, mostly invisibly – we hope you do not miss having to retry using red flags and having to contact support.
