One of the main system types BeLazy connects with is business management systems. BMSes like Plunet, Protemos, XTRF, and others often have a separate concept of quotes and projects (orders). Up to now, BeLazy was only able to create orders, but now it also becomes possible to create quotes in Plunet.
You can enable or disable quoting per connection. As the information content is very similar between orders and quotes in Plunet, the only configuration change is that in order to perform quoting, you have to select a quote template in the Edit automation dialog.
The actions under Approvals pending got a new icon, which allows you to accept a new opportunity and create a quote.
BeLazy-generated quotes appear under a new section called Quotes pending.
Why is quoting so important for BeLazy? Our automation scenarios come full circle:
- You can create an opportunity from a standard, regular email using the Email Assistant. Files are automatically uploaded together with the metadata into BeLazy, and the email is tagged in Outlook.
- You accept the opportunity and create a quote.
- Using the CRM integration, the quote gets synchronized with the customer’s profile in Hubspot as a deal.
