BeLazy opens up a new chapter of possibilities by being able to create projects and upload files into the supported TMSes. The initial deployment of TMS project creation supports two popular TMSes, memoQ and Phrase TMS. As source files most frequently come from the workspace API – either the Email Assistant or through customer portals -, the TMS project creation is available for workspaces only for now. A new BeLazy menu item allows you to add new TMS connections:
If this is enabled, Edit automation will include two new tabs, where you can select the memoQ and Phrase project templates, and set up the project naming convention for BeLazy-generated projects. Once the connection is successfully configured, you will see the innocent-looking Create TMS project button in the details of each opportunity in Approvals pending.
Oh, and did we say that this works on any memoQ TMS or Phrase TMS instance where you are a project manager?
