The one TMS connector that we definitely improved the most this year is Phrase. Let’s see what’s new.
- Analysis creation changed: previously, the BeLazy-created analyses were not particularly useful for the human project managers, whereas now we create one analysis per workflow step per language per 100 files. It does not affect any result in any business management system project, but makes analysis reports in Phrase TMS more manageable for PMs.
- Create more analysis: We separated receivable and payable analyses. Let’s say you want to create a full word count analysis for the client, with all locked segments, and a limited word count analysis for the vendors, excluding locked segments, and using QPS. Now this is possible.
- Support for the linguist mode: this update allows BeLazy to connect to Phrase even if you do not receive project manager credentials in your client’s Phrase deployment. In this case we pick up the analysis created by the customer, but if there is no analysis, BeLazy can now only default to the total word count of a job, which is always available.
- Users can map Phrase project managers to business manager vendors like Plunet.
- And finally, we also allow OAuth authentication, besides the standard authentication that Phrase offers.
