In 2022, The Translation Team faced inefficiencies caused by disconnected systems—Trados Studio and XTRF—resulting in heavy manual work and data inconsistencies. As AI-driven global demands accelerated turnaround expectations, they needed a solution that could unify tools, standardize processes, and reduce repetitive workload without compromising quality or flexibility. The Translation Team sought to build a workflow that could evolve alongside technology and client requirements.
Implemented Solutions
BeLazy introduced a metadata-based automation layer between Phrase (Translation Management System) and XTRF (Business Management System), automatically creating projects and synchronizing data between the two systems.
