Some TMSes like Smartling give you a full list of projects that linguists worked on, and all you would theoretically need is to import this into your business management system. If it was that simple… BMSes like Plunet, XTRF, Protemos work with a complex mix of projects, workflows, tasks, jobs, and there was no way to import such information without a lot of manual work. They are not meant to import data from spreadsheets!
While BMSes did not change, BeLazy can do all the work for you, controlling these systems externally, creating, setting up and closing these projects. This is done through the project ingestion API. If you have this use case, get in touch!
