Plunet improvements
This release adds five significant improvements to how we work with Plunet. BeLazy can now work with the auto-jobs of Plunet’s AutomationManager, enabling for example automatic vendor assignment. This allows 100% automatic project flows, without human involvement – you just need to add the auto-job’s name into the workflow description, as if it was a normal job, and configure the workflow. Also take a look at the Manage my business management system menu item, as there are several new settings. We improved how you can deliver jobs. While previously BeLazy only picked up the files and started the delivery process if you had Delivered as the job status in Plunet, now other job statuses such as Without invoice can also trigger delivery – you configure this. We also enable payable and receivable bundling: if you are bundling multiple jobs into items or jobs, you probably saw various times the same price lines appear, instead of having one price line for each category. If you want a single price line, and prefer elegance over detail, bundle the payables or receivables together. If you want to see one analysis per bundled jobs, and prefer detail over elegance, turn this function off.
Smaller improvements to Plunet include the fact that we now do not list inactive price units for the rate mapping, making the lists much more manageable, and we also change filenames if special characters would prevent them from being uploaded to Plunet.
XTRF improvements
XTRF users migrating to version 10 received a new macro to prepare the system for changes. We also made the task name configurable in classic projects.
Protemos improvements
Protemos improvements are not publicly available, but we invested a very significant amount of work to make Protemos work with project management surcharges and other extra payables that are resulting from contracts between MLVs and enterprises. This is an enterprise use case, if you are interested and you are an enterprise, get in touch.
